Home gardening is work and can be a tough job when my back is hurting however the resulting flowers, fruit and vegetables makes it all worthwhile. However I am sure it could be so much easier with the right tools for the job.
Most of our gardening tools we have are either hand me down or were here when we bought the place. The point is the tools we have are in pretty poor condition, so we went on a shopping spree hunting for useful home gardening tools.
Garden Cart or Wheelbarrow
I have been hauling our gardening tools around the yard by hand and in baskets which is a bit clumsy and I have to make multiple trips. Back and forth from our garden shed to the vegetable gardens or flower beds at the front of our property is hard work for us as we are 60 years old. Strange but things seem to be getting heavier by the day. To make the task of dragging all our garden tools around it would be great to have a good wheelbarrow or .
We thought a single wheel wheelbarrow would work fine and borrowed our next door neighbour’s wheelbarrow. The single wheel worked fine in the driveway but as soon as we tried crossing our rather uneven and bumpy lawn it was hard to control and that was with just a few tools in it.
My wife couldn’t manage it all which made it kind of useless for our purposes and lack of strength and balance. We need one of those carts that have two big bicycle tire under the center of the cart. They look like they would really help us.
The thing is we haven’t been able to find one of these garden carts or wagon locally and I like to keep our money local if at all possible. Currently we are waiting for our local garden centers to get spring supplies. If we don’t find one then we will be ordering one online.
Even with Geoff’s wheelbarrow as hard as it was to control we were able to do so much more work in our backyard garden so we know that the right garden cart or wagon will make gardening even more enjoyable.

Choose It RightWhen you build chicken sheds, there are a lot to be deemed about. One is if you should build a portable chicken shed or a permanent one. Technically, if you use bolts and screw when you build chicken sheds, it will ultimately be portable since what we are referring here is to how often you wish to move the chicken coop.
Some people might want to build a semi-portable chicken coop and move it each year, switching it with their garden. This will allow you to take benefit of the natural fertilizer, weeding, and ground scratching provided by the chickens.
A transportable chicken coop can also be moved for easier clean-up and maintenance. But if you are planning on having a bigger number of chickens, or have no intentions of ever moving it, a permanent coop can provide more structural reliability and is more likely to last longer than the portable ones.

Landscapers for Me and All of UsLandscapers have helped me convert some of the most mundane places into the most romantic ones. Like the other day, the owner of a hotel came to me for landscape construction of their open spaces. Seeing a lot of young couples there, I thought it would be better if they had a little privacy to themselves, some place to wine and dine while in the lap of nature. Thus I constructed some swings, which were as big as beds and yet would swing. They also had a canopy on top to protect the couples from the direct sunlight. The hotelier and the new couples have responded equally well to my idea, with the fact that I got a new contract for this very same idea with another hotel. Decorating those areas with plants and climbers gave them an even better feeling. Decorating with roses was a wonderful idea in these beautiful and magnificent landscapers.

How to Grow Bonsai: Soil HealthAn important part of learning how to grow Bonsai is making sure that the soil in which you are growing your tree is ideal for growing. Some soils are not good for growing Bonsai. For example, red clay soil is not good for many plants to grow in. It is hard and holds water. The hardness of the soil may prevent the Bonsai tree from being able to spread its roots out. And if soil does not drain well, the water may pool up around the roots which can cause the plant to die. Also, there are not many nutrients in red clay soil, so trying to grow a tree in this soil will probably result in your frustration and the plant’s death. Rather, go to your local garden center and buy some bags of top soil in which to plant your trees. These soils will be much better suited for growing a healthy plant.
