I Love Eating Healthy BrowniesHealthy brownies seems to be an oxymoron. At least that is what I thought until I actually tried one. I have tasted low fat brownies in the past and was not impressed so I did not hold out much hope for these ones either. I was pleasantly surprised though! Each bite was bursting with flavor and I really enjoyed every bit of it. It is hard to believe that something that delicious could be made with all natural ingredients and be so good for me too. I went ahead and ordered some because I knew that I would be eating these instead of the brownies I was buying at the bakery. Just the difference in calories and fat alone should be enough to make me want to switch, but the taste is what actually decided it for me. I love that I can have such a healthy snack that makes me feel so good eating it too!
