I was showering in the locker room after P.E. class. After showering, I went to the locker room and there I found hair dryer reviews. I look around to check if there was anybody else in the locker room. There weren’t. I was wondering to whom those hair dryer reviews belonged. She must’ve been reading them while in the locker room. I inspect the hair dryer reviews and find a name on the back of it. It must be the person who left the reviews. I changed right away so I can report a lost object. I went to the principal’s office and gave her the reviews. I told her the name of the person who probably owns it. She thanked me and said that there should be more students who are like me, honest. I was flattered. I told her I was only doing the right thing which is returning things that are not mine.

Signs of aging including wrinkles and liver spots are to be expected as we age. However, many women will work hard and look for ways to delay these signs for as long as they could. Aging is a natural and unavoidable process, and as we advance in age, we end up getting more vulnerable to skin problems due to the lower supply of elastin and collagen in our bodies. Environmental factors like exposure to the sun’s ultraviolet rays may also cause the skin to age more rapidly. Fortunately, there are lots of things that we can do to keep our skin from aging too soon, and these don’t always involve the use of artificial products or procedures.

1. Be sure to get your beauty rest. It’s best that you sleep 7 hours every night. In case you are always not getting enough sleep, this will clearly show in your skin. Apart from getting terrible bags and circles under your eyes, insufficient sleep will also result in premature aging, along with various other health problems.

2. Use the appropriate skin products. To find out which skin care products are good for you, it’s vital to identify your skin type. For example, women with oily skin usually have to address problems such as blackheads and acne, which happen when the pores of the skin are obstructed by excessive oil. Thus, they should be making use of products that are not oil-based. On the other hand, those women who’ve got dry skin are more vulnerable wrinkles and brittleness of the skin. To avoid these problems, they have to apply moisturizers regularly.

3. Go with all-natural skin care products. While chemical-based skin care products will deliver excellent results in the beginning, they will damage your skin in the long term. If you really love your skin and would like to keep it wrinkle-free for as long as possible, it’s best you go for the skin care products that have only natural ingredients.

4. Use age-appropriate cosmetics and other skin care products. Not only will you look absurd wearing that teenybopper makeup when you’re a 40-year-old woman, you risk destroying your skin in the process. Know that makeup designed for older women have more Vitamin E and other natural ingredients to promote healthier skin. Age-appropriate makeup is also available in tones that are more flattering to your skin, making you seem younger.

5. Get on an exercise program. Your skin benefits directly from exercising consistently, since exercise promotes better blood circulation. No time to exercise because you have a very busy schedule? That’s not really a reason. You can incorporate working out in your normal routine. Have you got a garden? There’s your exercise. Do you work on the fifth floor? Take the stairs as opposed to the elevator.

6. Avoid dehydration. Skin dryness is the main reason for the appearance of wrinkles and lines. You can’t completely avoid wrinkles your entire life, but you can easily ward them off for a long time if you make a habit of drinking eight glasses of water and fresh fruit juices each day.
